Membership Application Form

The membership is the heart and soul of the American GI Forum. Through the cooperation and generosity of our members across this great country, the American GI Forum is able to advance its purpose and mission. Members come from our communities and our labors are always directed towards the betterment of communities and its veteran population.

Through the constant recruitment of members, our organization moves forward the great Legacy of its Founder, Dr. Hector P. Garcia. Dr. Garcia left us a great legacy and in his honor our members give of themselves and as such continue to inspire the spirit of volunteerism in every thing that we do. Please take the time to review these web pages and visit the links to other segments of the AGIF such that you can ascertain the wide array of activities that constitutes this national veterans organization.

We invite your participation and individual investment of your time and energy in the American GI Forum. Please take the time to fill out an application form and email it to the nearest AGIF Chapter. You will soon thereafter hear from us, and your investment will be multiplied by the generous contributions of our partners from education, business and government agencies.
